Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator in Schaumburg, IL to deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping grow the clinic through outreach and patient engagement.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments, educate patients on products, and build relationships with physicians and community partners to drive referrals and clinic success. Travel locally for outreach as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in hearing healthcare or related healthcare environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional patient experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule tests and appointments.
• Support clinic goals through patient engagement and follow-up.
• Educate patients on hearing care products and solutions.
• Build relationships with patients, physicians, and community partners to drive referrals.
