Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to schedule tests and appointments.
• Educate patients on hearing care products and services.
• Develop relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Reach out in the field for community outreach two days per week.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage daily clinic schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits and manage payments.
