Qualifications

• Previous experience in hearing healthcare or related field is a plus.
• Sales, customer service, business development experience preferred.
• Comfortable making daily outbound calls and following up with patients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every patient.
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule hearing tests and consultations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and physicians.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments effectively.
• Perform general office and administrative duties.
