You will engage with patients, physicians, and community partners to grow the clinic, conduct outbound calls, educate patients on hearing care solutions, and support clinic goals in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships with patients, physicians, and partners.
• Comfortable outbound calling and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage the clinic's daily schedule.
• Complete insurance benefit verification and authorization requirements.
• Provide first-level support to patients and process payments.
• Process patient orders and coordinate pick-up.
• Engage with community partners to grow clinic awareness.
