Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hearing healthcare, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Sales, customer service, business development, or community outreach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Make outbound calls to schedule tests, consultations, and appointments.
• Educate patients on hearing care products and services.
• Develop relationships to encourage retention, referrals, and repeat business.
• Coordinate scheduling and clinic daily operations.
