Job summary

HearUSA in Florida is seeking a Client Experience Specialist who will ensure clients’ needs are met promptly, maintain a well‑organized appointment schedule, and deliver Simply Excellent Hearing Care. You will welcome and assist patients, manage clinic schedules for walk‑in and scheduled visits, enter orders, and keep accurate records of cash deposits and daily settlements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls with friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-in and scheduled appointments.
• Enter stock and orders; perform weekly inventory audit.
• Maintain records of cash deposits and end-of-day reports.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Support basic hearing aid tech knowledge and cleaning.
• Assist with troubleshooting via phone or in-person.
• Know HearUSA products and pricing; support HearAssist and remote care.
