Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for an on-site role at Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Chesterfield, MO. You will assist the licensed dispenser, engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, and schedule tests while supporting growth through community outreach and strong customer relationships.

The position emphasizes outbound calling, promotion of products, and daily test scheduling within the HAC environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software; general computer/internet knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed dispenser to meet goals and duties.
• Engage customers, educate about hearing wellness, schedule appointments.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospects/customers.
• Secure 4+ immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Walk the club and intercept to set tests and promote HAC events.
