Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to work on-site at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Vernon Hills, IL. You will engage customers, educate about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include 30-50 outbound calls daily, achieving test appointments, promoting products, and assisting with scheduling in a fast-paced retail-healthcare setting. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail background.
• Experience with PC hardware/software and internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Past experience scheduling patient or customer appointments.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed dispenser to meet daily goals.
• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Educate individuals about hearing wellness and scheduling.
• Conduct 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospects/customers.
• Secure multiple hearing tests daily for center staff.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Represent HAC at Sam's Club and events.
• Travel time mostly spent walking the club and setting tests.
• Use handheld screener as a lead intercepting tool.
• Call past tested members for follow-ups when needed.
