Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is recruiting a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers in achieving daily goals. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and drive growth through community outreach and relationship building.

The role emphasizes on-site activity at Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Denton, TX with a focus on test scheduling and sales of both hearing-related and ancillary products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with scheduling software and PC basics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener where allowed.
• Assist with scheduling return visits for tested Members.
• Promote HAC at Sam's Club events.
• Will be based in HAC and spend 95% of time within the club.
