Qualifications
- 3 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
- 1 year of licensed healthcare practice or clinical IT experience.
- 5 years of additional higher education and/or professional experience related to the responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and stakeholders.
- Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and patient outcomes.
- Guide customers through current-state assessments and future-state design.
- Identify change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
- Own and manage customer value measurement plans to realize business and clinical outcomes.
