Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a labor systems professional to support scheduling, staffing, and labor reporting applications across hospitals in a healthcare network.

The role involves implementing and optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE), with travel up to 20% and collaboration with CNOs and operational leaders to boost staffing efficiency and analytics.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in hospital staffing, scheduling, labor management, analytics.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or comparable systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Experience with system implementation, maintenance, and change management.

Mansioni

• Support product strategy and direction for workforce management tools.
• Assist in implementation activities, training, user support and liaison.
• Review application design, test enhancements and interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to improve system functionality and UX.
• Partner with hospital leadership to optimize scheduling and staffing.
