Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support the development, implementation, and optimization of scheduling and staffing applications across hospitals. The role partners with CNOs and operations to enhance staffing, productivity, and analytics, with significant collaboration with IT and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree, 5+ years in hospital staffing and scheduling, and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in hospital staffing and scheduling, labor management, and analytics.
• Experience with workforce management applications (UKG Pro WFM) and CSE or similar systems.
• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience with system implementation, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and direction for workforce management tools.
• Assist implementation activities, training, user support, and liaison with IT and vendors.
• Participate in design reviews, testing of enhancements and interfaces.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to improve functionality and user experience.
• Promote expansion and adoption of workforce management tools across hospitals.
