Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Labor Systems Specialist to support scheduling, staffing, and labor analytics for hospitals. You will work with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) to optimize scheduling practices, staffing effectiveness, and workforce reporting.

This role partners with hospital leadership to improve labor efficiency. Up to 20% travel is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of hospital staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workforce analytics experience.
Experience with workforce management and scheduling applications, including UKG Pro WFM and CSE, or comparable systems.
Customer service and stakeholder relationship management is required.
Experience with system implementation, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

Support product strategy and direction for workforce management tools.
Lead implementation activities, training, user support, and liaison functions.
Conduct application design reviews and test enhancements and interfaces.
Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality and user experience.
Work with development and support teams to expand adoption of workforce management tools across hospitals.
