Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support scheduling, staffing, and labor analytics for hospitals. The role involves implementation, training, and collaboration with IT and vendors to enhance UKG Pro WFM and the Clinical Scheduling Extensions platform.

Up to 20% travel may be required, and a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience is preferred. Selected candidate will pass a motor vehicle records check.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in hospital staffing, scheduling, productivity, and analytics.
• Experience with workforce management applications including UKG Pro WFM and CSE.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, implementation activities, and user training.
• Lead design reviews, testing of enhancements, and interface improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality.
• Promote adoption of workforce management tools across hospitals.
