Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support scheduling, staffing, and labor analytics across hospitals. The role involves implementing and optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinial Scheduling Extensions (CSE), with responsibilities spanning design reviews, testing, and collaboration with IT and vendors to enhance system usability and adoption.

The position requires collaboration with hospital CNOs and operational leaders to improve staffing

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university preferred.
• Minimum of five years in hospital staffing, scheduling, and analytics.
• Experience with workforce management systems, UKG Pro WFM and CSE preferred.

Mansioni

• Support product strategy and direction, implementation activities, and training.
• Provide user support and liaison functions, and review application designs.
• Test enhancements and interfaces and collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality.
• Work with development and support teams to expand and adopt workforce management tools across hospitals.
