Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a labor systems professional focused on scheduling and staffing optimization for hospital clients. You will support the development, implementation, and utilization of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) across hospitals, partnering with CNOs and operational leaders to improve labor analytics and staffing office operations.

Up to 20% travel required and a Motor Vehicle Records check will be required for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital staffing, scheduling, analytics, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and staffing workforce management tools across hospitals.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Provide training, user support, and liaison with stakeholders.
• Assist with design reviews, testing of enhancements, and interfaces.
