Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support the development, implementation, and optimization of hospital scheduling and staffing tools, including UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE). You will partner with hospital leaders to optimize scheduling practices, labor analytics, and workforce utilization across facilities.

The role requires collaboration with IT and vendor partners, involvement in training and change management,

Qualifications

Five years of hospital staffing and scheduling experience.
Experience with workforce analytics and labor productivity.
Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or similar systems.
Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
System implementation, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

Support development, implementation, and optimization of scheduling and staffing tools in hospitals.
Collaborate with CNOs and operational leaders to optimize scheduling practices and labor analytics.
Coordinate with IT and vendors to improve system functionality and user experience.
Provide training, user support, and liaison activities during deployments and upgrades.
Travel up to 20% as needed.
