Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a labor systems professional to support scheduling and staffing applications across hospitals, focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE). The role entails development, implementation, optimization, and analytics to improve staffing efficiency and labor productivity.

You will partner with hospital leaders, participate in training, testing, and interfaces, and collaborate with IT and vendor teams to enhance system

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital staffing, scheduling, labor management, and workforce analytics.
Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or comparable enterprise scheduling/timekeeping systems.
Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
System implementation, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

Support development, implementation, optimization, and utilization of scheduling and staffing tools.
Collaborate with hospital CNOs and operational leaders to optimize scheduling practices and labor analytics.
Coordinate with IT and vendors to improve system functionality and user experience.
Provide training, user support, and liaison activities.
Travel up to 20% and ensure compliance with records checks.
