Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support scheduling and staffing applications for hospitals, partnering with CNOs and leaders to optimize workforce analytics and staffing office operations.

The role involves implementing and supporting UKG Pro WFM and Clinical Scheduling Extensions, with up to 20% travel and a requirement to pass a motor vehicle records check. A bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited four-year university.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in hospital staffing, labor management, and workforce analytics.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and CSE or comparable systems.
• Experience with customer service and stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and direction for scheduling and labor management tools.
• Participate in implementation activities, testing, and design reviews.
• Provide user support and liaison with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize staffing, scheduling, and analytics.
• Assist in training, change management, and adoption of workforce management solutions.
