Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support the development, implementation, and optimization of scheduling, staffing, and labor reporting tools for hospitals. This role partners with CNOs and operational leaders to leverage workforce management technologies, including UKG Pro WFM and Clinical Scheduling Extensions, to enhance scheduling practices and labor analytics.
Up to 20% travel is required, and the candidate will pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years in hospital staffing, scheduling, or labor analytics.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or similar systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service.
- Experience with system implementation and change management.
Mansioni
- Support product strategy and direction for workforce tools.
- Lead implementation activities and testing of enhancements.
- Provide training and user support; liaise with IT and vendors.
- Review application design and improve functionality for users.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to expand adoption.
