Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support development, implementation, optimization, and utilization of scheduling and staffing tools in hospitals. The role partners with hospital leaders to optimize scheduling, staffing, labor analytics, and office operations using UKG Pro WFM and CSE.

Up to 20% travel is required, and candidates must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and five years of hospital staffing and analytics

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is preferred.
• Minimum of five years in hospital staffing, scheduling, or labor analytics.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or similar scheduling systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and direction for workforce management tools.
• Lead implementation activities, training, and user support.
• Interface with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality.
• Review designs, test enhancements, and support interfaces.
• Collaborate with hospitals to expand tool adoption and optimization.
