Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a labor systems professional to support development, implementation, and optimization of scheduling and staffing applications in hospitals. You will work with CNOs and leaders to improve labor productivity and analytics, leveraging UKG Pro WFM and CSE tools.

The role involves product strategy support, design reviews, testing, and collaboration with IT and vendor partners to enhance system functionality and user experience. Up to 20% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university preferred.
• Minimum of five years in hospital staffing, scheduling, or related areas.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or comparable systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience with system implementation, training and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, implementation activities, training, and user support for scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality and UX.
• Assist with scheduling optimization, labor analytics and workforce reporting.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
