Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead both in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff. You will be the first point of contact for staff new to Epic and will help shape their onboarding experience while contributing to instructional design and training material development.

The role involves designing workflow-based content, working with organizations to tailor training, and participating in projects aimed at making Epic software more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-person and virtual training sessions for healthcare users is preferred.
• Ability to design instructional materials and training scenarios.
• Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills.

Responsibilities
