Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will be the first contact for users as they transition to Epic, shaping their experience and guiding them through instructional design and training material development.

You will collaborate with teams to design workflow-based content, work with organizations to tailor training, and participate in projects to make our software more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users and shape their experience during Epic transition
• Involve in training from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and develop training with organizations
• Contribute to projects to make Epic software more intuitive
