Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, including our staff. You will design and deliver training materials and scenarios, shaping the experience as staff transition to Epic and saving lives.

You will work in tight-knit teams to craft workflow-based content, partner with organizations to tailor training, and contribute to projects that make Epic more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, in addition to our own staff.
• Shape the training experience from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios you’ll deliver.
• Collaborate with organizations to help develop their training and get involved in projects to improve Epic software usability.
