Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for healthcare professionals and staff on our Epic systems. You will design training materials, develop scenarios, and deliver sessions that help users transition smoothly to Epic.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, partner with health systems, and contribute to projects that enhance software usability. The role requires travel and relocation to the Madison, WI area, with comprehensive relocation support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; typical month includes 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our staff.
Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic transition experience.
Design training materials and scenarios and deliver training end-to-end.
Collaborate with organizations to develop training and contribute to workflow-based content.
Contribute to projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
