Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, and to guide users through the Epic platform. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and shape their learning experience as they transition to Epic and help save lives.

Based on our campus near Madison, WI, relocation assistance is provided. You will design training materials and scenarios, work with teams to tailor content, and help make Epic more intuitive for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or preferred.
• Experience in teaching, presentation, or performance is beneficial.
• Ability to develop and deliver training content and materials.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with 1-2 multi-day trips favored.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred or required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and healthcare users.
• Develop instructional design and training materials and scenarios to be delivered.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and improve software usability.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff and users during transitions to Epic.
