Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, while supporting staff through Epic adoption. You will guide the training lifecycle from instructional design to developing materials and scenarios, and work in tight-knit teams to create workflow-based content for healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater required.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 3 times per year to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic experience.
• Develop training materials and scenarios from instructional design to delivery.
• Design workflow-based training content with a tight-knit team.
