Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. You will shape staff experiences as they transition to Epic and help them save lives by delivering end-to-end training materials and scenarios.

Qualifications

• Public speaking or teaching experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; teaching/education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and other healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios for delivery.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users to shape their Epic experience.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and improve software usability.
