Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, including staff, on Epic software. You will shape the training experience from design to delivery and work with teams to make content workflow-based and intuitive.

Responsibilities include developing materials, designing training scenarios, and collaborating with organizations to tailor content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater required or preferred.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical months including 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
