Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement and coordinate its Operations training program across diverse locations. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs and deliver best-in-class training solutions that align with business strategy.

Qualificações

• Design, develop and implement end-to-end training content.
• Assess training needs and define measurable requirements.
• Create learner journeys by role and competency level.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions for diverse learners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across locations and skill sets.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs as needed.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and refresher programs with SMEs.
• Implement change enablement strategies and track progress.
• Collaborate with Application Team leads to align training with systems.
