Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design and implement an enterprise training program supporting operations across diverse locations. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, deliver best-in-class training, and drive strategic imperatives.

You will own content development, new hire orientation, and ongoing learning initiatives while adapting to fast-paced, collaborative environments and evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and implement end-to-end training content and programs.
• Assess training needs and measure success of training initiatives.
• Deliver engaging training to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate with Operations leaders and executives on strategy.

Responsabilités

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Deliver and facilitate training for new hires and refresher sessions.
• Track progress, access, and effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate on change enablement and process improvements.
