Job summary

Triune Infomatics Inc in San Francisco seeks a Telecom Project Manager to lead four parallel workstreams at an academic medical center, including fax modernization, UCaaS/CCaaS replacements, contact center migration, and POTS line replacement.

You will coordinate vendor activities, manage risks, and deliver executive updates while guiding phased rollouts across Zoom Phone, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, and Genesys Cloud CX.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ full UCaaS/CCaaS implementations.
• Proven PM experience managing phased rollouts across multiple vendors.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Healthcare/hospital-system experience required; academic medical center preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecom, voice, contact center, and legacy analog/POTS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end telecom and communications modernization projects.
• Manage UCaaS/CCaaS implementations, including phased rollouts and vendor coordination.
• Oversee fax migration from analog to Concord or Zoom Phone/Fax.
• Manage evaluation and implementation of Zoom Phone, Cisco, and Microsoft Teams.
• Lead contact center migration to Genesys Cloud CX.
• Coordinate replacement of POTS, emergency, and life-safety lines.
• Manage multiple vendors, timelines, dependencies, risks, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level presentations, status reporting, and communication.
