Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager for our client, a provider of managed network services and enterprise communication solutions. This is a direct hire role based out of Portland, Oregon.

The IT Project Manager will lead client-facing cloud voice, contact center, and technology migration projects, coordinating internal resources and managing multiple concurrent engagements from planning to cutover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology project management experience with external client implementations.
• Active PMP certification or equivalent such as PgMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Experience managing 8-15+ active client projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technology implementations and migrations.
• Manage a portfolio of 8-15 active projects with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate timelines, risks, and status.
• Coordinate third-party vendors, carriers, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
