Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years managing technology implementation projects, with focus on UCaaS delivery.
• Experience with cloud voice platforms and carrier migrations.
• Strong communication with C-suite and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own UCaaS and cloud voice projects end to end from agreement to handoff.
• Serve as client contact across all project phases.
• Create and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Lead technical discovery for voice cutovers and porting.
• Coordinate carrier activity including LOA submission and porting.
• Plan cutover events with runbooks, rollback criteria, and post-cutover support.
• Document and communicate project risk with client sign-off.
• Manage project budget and changes to protect profitability.
• Log project details in ConnectWise Manage and maintain records.
