Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Lead IT Telecom Engineer to own the enterprise voice and contact center platforms. Under the Director of Infrastructure and Support, you will lead solution design, vendor coordination, and complex initiatives to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant services for 24x7 healthcare operations.

You will engage with executives and regional stakeholders to optimize CCaaS, IVR routing, ACD queues, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7 years progressively responsible experience designing, managing, provisioning, and optimizing enterprise telecoms and contact centers.
• Senior-level experience designing, configuring, and governing CCaaS, IVR routing, ACD queues, WFO tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Mitel VoIP and CC platforms administration and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executives, regional leaders, program stakeholders, and vendors for 24x7 healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting telecom, VoIP, or contact center services in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience working with medical staff to understand telephony requirements for patient care.
• Advanced technical knowledge of PC hardware, software, network connectivity, VoIP, and enterprise communications systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and CPR/First Aid/CPI certified on date of employment.

Responsibilities
