Job summary

Satwic Inc. is seeking a senior Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead large-scale telecom and UC initiatives, including Cisco/Webex Calling and VoIP migrations across multiple sites.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across voice, network, security and IT platforms, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of PM experience in telecom or enterprise technology, with strong planning, risk and change-control capabilities, and a track record

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in telecommunications, UC, voice, network infrastructure, or enterprise tech implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Cisco/Webex Calling, Cisco UC, VoIP, or enterprise telephony projects.
• Experience managing complex telephony migration/replacement projects across multiple sites and large user populations.
• Experience coordinating technical teams across voice, network, security, M365, identity, application, and infrastructure domains.
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue management, change control, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing and managing migration, cutover, rollback, UAT, testing, and disaster recovery plans.
• Experience leading pilot implementations and phased production cutovers.
• Strong vendor and third-party implementation partner management experience.
• Experience working with executive IT leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
• Strong understanding of enterprise telecom and UC concepts, including SIP, DID, dial plans, call routing, VoIP, gateways, survivability, E911, and contact center technologies.
• Experience managing projects involving analog/legacy telephony devices and operational/emergency systems is highly preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID, and enterprise app integrations is preferred.
• Experience with public-sector, municipal, utility, or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
