Job summary

Harbor IT seeks a senior Technical Project Manager for UCaaS delivery, cloud voice, and carrier migration projects. You will lead end-to-end execution from kickoff to handoff, liaising with clients, engineers, and carriers.

A strong technical background in voice platforms and network readiness is essential. You will manage budgets, risks, and timelines while coordinating with field technicians and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing UCaaS or cloud voice projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Hybrid role with local travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own UCaaS, cloud voice, contact center, and carrier migration projects end to end.
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact across all project phases.
• Build and maintain project plans with scope, resources, milestones, and timelines.
• Lead technical discovery and data collection for voice cutovers and provisioning.
• Coordinate carrier and vendor activity and ensure dates are met.
• Plan and run cutover events with runbooks and rollback criteria.
• Document and communicate project risk and mitigation steps.
• Direct project resources and delegate without direct reporting authority.
• Deliver project documentation and change orders.
• Manage project budget and margin, and handle out-of-scope work.
