Qualifications

• Two years of business systems analysis experience with requirements gathering and collaboration.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe) and project methodologies.
• Experience with SQL data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with healthcare/health insurance domain processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with system development and design teams; assists in testing and triage of issues.
• Refines requirements into epics, features, user stories, and UI specs.
• Performs cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintains knowledge of Premera systems and business processes.
• Analyzes current and future business processes for efficiency gains.
• Uses data sources to validate requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Conducts data analysis, gap analyses, and supports reporting/data mapping.
• Supports UAT and test scenarios; contributes to backlog and sprint planning.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement with the delivery team.
