Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions. The role collaborates with partners to document requirements as epics, features, and user stories, and supports testing, data analysis, and UAT while driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a technical foundation in databases, reporting tools like Power BI, and experience in healthcare processes to deliver value to members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, business, or related field or equivalent.
2 years of business systems analysis experience.
Experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe).
Experience with SQL for data analysis.
Knowledge of healthcare/health insurance processes.
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT and business to document requirements as epics and user stories.
Analyze business processes to identify pain points and opportunities.
Support testing, UAT, and backlog grooming.
Assist with data analysis and reporting requirements.
Liaise with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
