Job summary
Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with IT and business teams to document requirements, analyze processes, and support data-driven decision making. The role supports testing, UAT, and backlog planning within Agile teams to deliver healthcare technology solutions.
You will work with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence and Product Plan, ensuring solutions align with business needs and deliver tangible value to members and customers.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile delivery practices including Scrum and SAFe.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Healthcare or health insurance domain knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence and Product Plan.
- Customer-focused with ability to align solutions to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with IT and business to document requirements as epics, features, and stories.
- Analyzes current processes and recommends improvements using data.
- Support testing, UAT, and backlog prioritization in Agile sprints.
- Assist in data validation, reporting, and data mapping activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
