Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Two years of business systems analysis experience with requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in Agile delivery practices including Scrum and SAFe.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, or reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with IT and business to elicit requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
- Analyze current and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support test planning, UAT, and validation of data mappings and reports.
- Provide input to backlog priorities and sprint planning.
- Develop knowledge of Premera systems and business processes within the domain.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and root cause analysis.
