Qualifications

• Experience in an Agile software development environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with healthcare or health insurance processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence, and Product Plan.
• Customer-focused with ability to align solutions to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners and IT to document requirements as epics, features, and stories.
• Support backlog prioritization, dependencies, and sprint planning.
• Analyze business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for efficiency.
• Perform data analysis, validate requirements, and support root cause analysis.
• Assist with UAT and testing of solutions in an Agile environment.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensure high-quality deliverables.
