Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors. You will ensure safety and deliver exceptional service, while driving client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of security experience, healthcare security preferred
• Supervisory experience, 1 year in leadership
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS)
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business
• 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling with AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead and develop security teams including hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations
• Enhance client relationships as primary point of contact to ensure high-quality service
• Handle security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence including training, safety, and inventory management
