Responsibilities

• Organize and direct daily call center operations.

• Ensure training and support for team members to apply best practices.
• Perform performance measurements and evaluate schedulers to improve efficiency.
• Maintain on-call and key schedules, and coordinating with leadership.
• Update databases, manage equipment maintenance, and procure supplies.
