True Health is seeking a Lead Medical Scheduler to oversee the scheduling team at our Sanford, FL location. You will lead day-to-day call center operations, train staff, manage provider templates, and ensure high-quality patient scheduling and service.

Responsibilities include handling calls, using EMR systems, maintaining schedules, and ensuring adherence to True Health policies and procedures. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and coordination across the scheduling team.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of telephone or customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of medical scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle heavy call volumes and escalate as needed.
• Typing 35 words per minute and 10-key adding machine
• Proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling software

Responsabilités

• Lead day to day call center operations and supervise the Medical Schedulers.
• Provide comprehensive training on scheduling systems and workflows.
• Assign and modify provider schedule templates including PTO and CME.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls during high volume periods.
• Resolve patient requests within scope of responsibilities.
• Use EMR system to access patient accounts and schedule appointments.
• Follow True Health customer service guidelines and policies.
• Monitor call queues and volumes.
• Assist with managing provider schedules and templates.
• Adhere to all True Health policies and procedures.
