Mindful Behavioral Healthcare in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about services, schedule appointments and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service skills, and be comfortable using computerized systems; Spanish language skills are a plus. In-person work requires passing an L2 background check with AHCA fingerprinting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; Spanish languages are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and information retrieval
• Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in a medical office is advantageous
• Ability to navigate phone systems efficiently and follow phone etiquette guidelines

Responsibilities

• Answer daily telephone calls professionally and provide information about the practice and staff.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments; direct callers to the proper staff.
• Check voicemail and route messages accordingly.
• Monitor receptionist and scheduling desk messages and handle patient requests.
• Ensure referrals are scanned into EMR promptly and document call information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report to the clinical Operations Manager.
