Job summary

South-Central Family Health Center seeks a Clinic and Call Center Manager to lead patient services and telephone operations, ensuring timely, accurate processing of financial screening and eligibility, and improving patient flow across the clinic.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a clinical setting, strong leadership and coaching skills, fluency in English/Spanish, and the ability to coordinate with billing, providers and frontline staff to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• BA Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience supervising in a clinical setting with strong customer service.
• Knowledge of medical billing and call center software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the call center to meet service standards.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with billing, clinic staff, and management to meet goals.
• Monitor patient flow and scheduling to optimize service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling and coverage during operating hours.
