Job summary

True Health is seeking a Medical Scheduling Manager in Sanford, FL to organize and direct the daily activities of the call center operations. You will lead a team of Medical Schedulers, assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve issues to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher with public health/community development experience and strong skills in Microsoft Office, communication, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with two (2) years of public health/community development experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the daily call center operations.
• Provide information, assign tasks, follow up, and give instructions to Medical Schedulers.
• Attend to and resolve customer questions and complaints.
• Ensure training and support for team members to apply best practices.
• Monitor performance and improve efficiency ofMedical Schedulers.
• Maintain on-call and key schedules; ensure lists are accessible.
• Prepare and direct schedules; monitor attendance and shifts.
• Communicate solutions and opportunities to the Director of Operations.
• Comply with True Health's policies and procedures.
• Travel as needed using personal vehicle (insurance at own expense).
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
