Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments.
• Explain insurance benefits and costs for equipment and how insurance covers durable medical equipment.
• Sign patients up for electronic delivery of statements.
• Collect credit/debit card information for automatic bill drafting.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
• Update and maintain patient records in the scheduling system.
• Manage cancellations and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and company standards.
• Develop knowledge of PAP products and services and applicable regulations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
